Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and Answers

You have to inform your lead coach 24 hours prior to class commencement.
If make up class is offered by case basis, the offer is not exchangeable for cash. The make up class will be planned by the lead coach within 2 weeks.
  1. There are three intakes per year.
  • June Registration – July Class Commencement
  • September Registration – October Class Commencement
  • December Registration – January Class Commencement (Opening slot when there are 5 students in a new class)
  1. You have to pay 2 months in advance (Following June and December)
  1. Materials and Booking fees must be settled within 2(two) days when the Materials and Booking fee invoice is issued.
  1. Course fees must be settled by 28th within the month of registration. (Please refer to the payment of fees guidelines.)
  1. Once the booking and materials fee have been settled, kindly inform us via email. Books will only be couriered to your mailing address within 2-3 working weeks depending on the availability at our distribution store.
  1. Invoices are issued every 13th of the month for the following month (Eg. April Fees invoice is issued on 13thMarch 20xx)
  2. There is a 10% penalty fee issued for every late payment. This late fee penalty invoice will be used after 15 days from the date of expiry. Please check your invoice to see the date of expiry.
  3. If you have paid fees in advance, kindly email the remittance advice to us directly. (Reply to “Sender” that issued the invoice.)
  4. Books will be ordered once payment is successful.
  5. If payment of fees has not been settled within the stipulated time, the finance department will contact you directly.
  1. If the withdrawal happens between 1st to 12th of the month, the last invoice issued has to be settled before we begin the withdrawal process. The amount is non-refundable nor transferrable after the invoice is settled.

 

  1. If the withdrawal happens between 13th to 28th day of the month, the invoice issued on the 13th has to be settled before we begin the withdrawal process. The amount is non-refundable nor transferrable after the invoice is settled.

 

  1. SG Pte Ltd can delay the withdrawal process until the payment for any outstanding invoices are settled and verified by the Finance department.

 

  1. Once all invoices have been settled, kindly send us a copy of all 3(three) remittance advice to the official email. (Open your email that has the last invoice sent, > Reply to Sender>Attach files of the past three months of fees settlement.>Click Send.)

 

  1. You will be contacted within the next 5-10 working days by phone.
